You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition — see Withdrawal.

1. Contact us via the contact page with your order number and the item(s).
2. We email you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, drop it off.
4. We refund you once the return reaches us.

Free. We send you a prepaid label. Please use that label — self-arranged returns can't be reimbursed.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and as new, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging.

Once your return arrives and passes a short check, we refund the full amount including original shipping within 7 days, to your original payment method.

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order.
